Sultan Elementary Families

It’s finally spring and now that we’re back from break,  it’s time to look forward to finishing up the school year strong.  The 4th quarter starts next week which means that our final round of attestations will be due on Monday.  Please keep in mind that students should not be sent to school if their attestations are not completed.  For our school, this is done through an online form, not PowerSchool

The link for this can be found on the home page of our website at, or you can use these QR codes to access the form. Simply open the camera on your device, aim and tap the link that pops up.

A Note from the Nurse
Thank you for your continued understanding as we navigate our way through illness symptoms during this challenging time.  We understand that absences are frustrating and difficult for families to work around.  However, protocols from the Snohomish Health District are strict and we have to follow them.  All of this is in an effort to get back to a more normal model as soon as possible.  Thank you for supporting us in that effort.

Vision screening was recently completed for students in grades 1, 2, 3, & 5, and referrals were mailed home to parents of students for whom a professional eye exam was recommended. If you have any questions, need help finding a provider, or don’t have insurance to pay for an eye exam, please contact the school nurse.
